Mettle Gauge privacy questions

1. Who sees my results?
All data is collected by Mettle Group and presented in the form of Gauges (circular graphs) and reports. In any given group there must be at least 4 people who responded before we create a report. The results are presented as a group total. At no time are the results of any one individual identified.

2. Why are you asking for my particular details?
The details we are asking for, such as year of birth, gender, length of service etc, assist us (external consulting group, Mettle) create cultural norms. A norm is a standard, model, or pattern regarded as typical, for example, the current western middle-class norm of two children per family. This enables us to provide graphs to organisations on industry, age and length of service cultural norms.
